What this website collects, how it is used, and what stays private. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form takes gender, birth date, self-rated health, tobacco use, coverage amount and term. These go to the carriers' quoting engine to return rates and are not kept here. No name, address, phone or email is asked to see quotes. Identical repeat requests may come from a brief cache so we don't query again.

Applying

If you apply, your answers fill into a secure application on the carriers' platform, and that platform's privacy rules apply from there. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), processes all applications.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone, reply method preference, topic and message. It reaches the agency by email; your email is the reply-to. This site does not archive the message, store submissions, or log contents. A brief anti-spam check happens in your browser before send.

Measurement

Page views are counted with cookieless, first-party measurement from this domain. No cookies or local IDs are set; two bytes of your IP get scrambled before storage; referring page query strings are stripped; logs are purged after 90 days. Visitors who signal Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are skipped entirely.

What we do not do

We do not trade in personal data, run ad tracking, or wire up third-party analytics. The sole third-party code is the carriers' application platform, which only loads if you visit the application page.
